These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Unicreate website and AI design service, including the purchase of custom-made jewelry. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Unicreate provides AI-assisted tools for designing custom jewelry such as name necklaces, and a made-to-order manufacturing and delivery service for the designs you create or approve.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to save designs and place orders. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use the service.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
Do not attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or overload our systems or APIs.
You may not use designs to infringe trademarks, copyrights, or the rights of others.

4. Designs and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the names and personal content you submit. You grant us a licence to process your content solely to generate designs and fulfil your orders. Designs created by our AI tools are licensed to you for personal and commercial use, including manufacturing through our service.

5. Orders, Pricing and Payment

All items are custom-made to order; prices shown at checkout include the design options you select.
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.
We may cancel and refund orders that violate these Terms or that we cannot lawfully or safely manufacture.

6. Manufacturing and Delivery

Custom items typically enter production after order confirmation. Estimated delivery times depend on your region and are presented at checkout. Small variations in the finished piece compared to a digital preview are inherent to hand-finished, made-to-order jewelry.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because each piece is personalised, made-to-order items are generally non-returnable unless defective or not as ordered. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will repair, replace, or refund it.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
